Upon payment you agree with the planned dates and hours of the training/workshops. If you are not present without notifying us, it is NOT POSSIBLE to get the advance back and/or to follow the training at another time free of charge.

Are you unable to attend a lesson due to a medical reason? Then we ask you to prove the doctor's certificate. We will then do everything we can to rebook your planned training/course free of charge.
